Everything was super amazing I absolutely loved all the discounts and cash back the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t use my credits and the 10% off from referring a friend but I still get 10% off by using my super card so it was the same but I think there should have been a notification notifying me I was unable to use both or let me use both cause I got all excited but then was disappointed but other than that great experience and I can’t wait to see the hotel with a washer and drying that’s freaking amazing and a first for sure I’ve never seen a hotel or rooms rented with a washer and dryer inside of the room! Besides the hotel part this is the BEST app by far that I have EVER experienced from the super card which is used as a credit card to the cash advances, hotel discounts, surveys and games to make extra money that’s transferred into your available cash redemption right away usually within minutes which is unheard of this app has helped me in so many ways and I continue to tell people about it because it has benefited my life so thank you Super!! Great Prices

I have had issues with this company in the past. However lately I decided to give them another chance and so far has been fairly easy and decently priced. The one thing I think is not fair to paying customers is that the customer service is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was experiencing an issue with their website when I was trying to pay, mind you I had not had a problem the whole week and a half leading up to this incident. I tried multiple cards that had money on them and they We’re still getting declined. I proceeded to called the companies attached to my cards only for them to say try it again through them so I finally track down super travels phone number to get told that I couldn’t use my credit on the account over the phone even though their websitw wasn’t working properly, it was as if the guy on the phone wasn’t even listening to anything I said. Well, they lost a couple of sales from me due to that. Besides that thwy have pretty good prices and the cash back is pretty amazing, I thought it was a scam at first but I kept getting credits, you just have to make sure to use them before they expire and I am still wondering why I cant use my 30$ credits the way I want instead of breaking it up.

I really liked this app. It’s apparently a subsidiary of Expedia is what my hotel front desk guy said. Anyway I have booked several trips trough this app but will NEVER use it again after my experience today. I tried to book a single night at the hotel I already had a reservation at because I am currently homeless and surviving day to day like a lot of people in California right now. However during the check out process on my last transaction the app crashed and didn’t push the reservation through. There was a pop up that I took a screenshot of saying to wait a minute and refresh the screen. I did that and it was right back to the check out screen but it apparently changed my dates back to default for tonight instead of tomorrow but that part is not visible on the screen I was looking at…it’s back a screen!!! I immediately noticed the date and went to the front desk. They know me here and told me that unfortunately they can’t fix it so I used the customer service chat on the app and it was seriously AWFUL! Fernando had zero customer care skills and didn’t comprehend my issue. So basically I’m out the money for the reservation that the app messed up and have no place to stay tomorrow night. I even provided screenshots and just got “sorry you feel that way” This hotel is empty all the time. The cost is exactly the same…All that needed to be done is to change the date but NOPE..

do not use this site for booking my wife was dying of brain cancer after a 5 year battle in 2023. it was a very confusing time for me trying to operate a business and care for her. we would go to Newport rhode island every year we loved it there. my sister in law made reservations for us. as my wife worsened my other sister in law was at my house and changed our reservations and used this site. as she got worse we realized we needed to find a different place to stay she was declining rapidly.i was trying to get her to Newport for one last time. long story short is was a mix up and we missed canceling our reservations on time so we lost $2447.90 in money which they refused to refund. my bad luck i guess

SuperTravel Makes Booking Errors

Due to their booking error, I was left stranded late at night in Mexico without a place to stay. Supertravel did nothing to refund the charge (already paid) or refund additional expenses incurred, much less provide any help in resolving the issue. Beware of Supertravel. Warning, avoid!

Warning! This is a fraud hotel travel agency. We had reserved a room at the upscale Iberostar Paraiso Maya in Mexico, but when we arrived there supertravel had made no booking there, even though it was confirmed. Instead, they did the booking in the next-door lower-scale and cheaper Iberostar Paraiso Beach. We asked for a full refund to re-book ourselves or that supertravel fixed the issue. They refused refund and they said "it's fully booked so nothing to do", but doing a simple search on their website there were many rooms still available. Avoid this fraudulent company at any cost. They will keep your money and book you a cheaper hotel instead.

Total Scam Company-NEVER USE!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Super Travel (formerly Snap Travel) does not even deserve one star. Total scammer company. Two years ago I booked a stay through what I thought was the actual hotel site. Somehow, it ended up being booked through Snap Travel (now Super Travel-they just changed their name to try to get away with their scams). I couldn’t make the trip and called the hotel to cancel two weeks before. Hotel said the booking was through Expedia. Called Expedia to cancel, they had no record. Filed a chargeback through my credit card company. They discovered it was booked through Snap Travel. The investigation took over two months. By then, it was June. Snap said I violated their “cancellation policy” and would not refund my money. Nor did my credit card company. Called BBB, attorneys generals, FTC, to no avail. Snap/Super Travel stole over $3000 from me. They are running a complete scam business!

I booked through Super Travel Dada…

I booked through Super Travel Dada Suites in Rome, arriving 10min after at the hotel. There was no one at the hotel. I called Super Travel immediately and two agents tried to reach out the hotel, also unsuccessfully. That alone should be enough for a refund. The invoice and payment proof of another place I had to second pay to sleep the night were demanded and sent to Super Travel. All sorts of problems were brought up by Super Travel to deny refund. Don't trust these guys

Absolutely the worst refund experience I've ever went through. So we show up to the hotel and they don't have a pool as advertised. We cancel and go down the road to a different hotel. The manager said to not worry so we left and intended to work it out the next day. So SuperTravel wouldn't except a refund unless the hotel manager sent a signed email to them. The hotel manager said they never do that with third parties and didn't feel comfortable so they called them up instead and SuperTravel LITERALLY told TWO different managers that they needed the signed email to refund! Can you imagine?!! The hotel themselves calling the third party saying "refund them" and SuperTravel telling them no! Avoid this company at all costs!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Super.com. As a first-time user, I accidentally made a reservation at Niagara Falls, NY when I intended to book on the Canadian side of the Falls. Upon realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out to Super.com to explain the situation. Despite having two bookings with them for the same date but at two different locations, they refused to offer any refund or assistance. This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially for a new customer. It is clear that Super.com does not value customer satisfaction. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their poor customer service. I plan to take this matter up with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal action to resolve this issue. I strongly advise others to avoid using Super.com to prevent similar experiences.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Hotel agreed to a refund as they couldn’t offer us the room booked. Hotel manager said to get booking agent to contact them - Super ( not so Super) travel say they can not assist quoting non refundable booking. I am not wanting a refund just the compensation agreed with the hotel manager. Super are saying they need a letter from the hotel saying they will refund- hotel say they do not do that but have recorded the agreed refund amount on their system. Super will not help, I had an online chat but got nowhere and they deleted messages from me in the chat exchange. Bizarre and appalling. Update: Super Travel no no no, not super at all appalling customer service absolutely no response. Do not book with’Super Teavel’.

AVOID THIS BOOKING SITE - HIDDEN MONTHLY CHARGES this site to book a two night stay…

Used this site to book a two night stay at the HICKSTEAD HOTEL in West Sussex. The booking and stay was fine, but when I read my credit card statement there was a linked charge for SUPER MONTHLY including a currency exchange rate charge. As it was a small amount I didn't think too much about it. A few months later I noticed that this amount was being deducted monthly, as some sort of discount scheme I could only think. Phoned bank to cancel it and also removed from my banking app where I found it as well. A few months later they deducted another sum to cover the missing months, despite it no longer being on my app as an authorised direct debit. Had to contact the bank again and complete a lengthy "chargeback" form to obtain a refund. All attempts to contact this company failed to get a response, one website quoted, didn't exist. The hotel didn't want to know either. An expensive two night stay in the end with hours of trouble thereafter. I searched through all the booking information received, scrolling through all their long winded terms and conditions and found no reference to this additional monthly deduction. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE TO SAVE ENDLESS HEARTACHE 🙏 ( Refund for last debit received in February 2024 )

Careful, they go by the name Supertravel (or Snaptravel). I made a reservation in November 2022 for a hotel, paid through Paypal. Stayed in March 2023. When I arrived they told me that they never got the payment from Supertravel. So I had to pay to the hotel. I sent all the documentation provided by the hotel, bank statements, and now they lie saying that they refunded me but its my bank that is keeping the money. I paid through Paypal and they never asked for my bank or account info. So they are lying. Never had an issue before with a travel website. I want my $350 usd back!

Hidden costs BEWARE!!!

I purchased accommodation in Adelaide which was advertised on Super.com in Australian currency, but Super.com charged the advertised amount plus $25.22 EXTRA as transaction fees. When I called Super.com to try to get the charges refunded they said it was because the company is based in the US. However that has nothing to do with me. The cost of accommodation was advertised in Australian Dollars for accommodation in Australia and I paid with an Australian credit card. No where in the purchase terms was there a clause which mentioned additional costs for currency conversion! Their advertising is deceptive and their service is non existent. BUYER BEWARE!!! I will definitely never use them again and will be reporting them to the Australian Consumer affairs/Police for fraudulent dealings.

Buyers beware. Firstly.. this is actually a legitimate booking site with many customer service issues. I have used supertravel (prior was Snaptravel) to book travel for the past 10 years. Here are the issues that you will likely encounter. #1) customer service is 100% useless!! (Especially Ernabelle) If you need to make changes, show up to a hotel that is over sold, or your flight gets cancelled. Tough luck for you. #2) Supertravel doesn’t disclose all resort fees at the time of booking. (Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t) #3) Support is not available at night. (Only during the day) Overall .. You won’t find massive discounts through Supertravel anymore (we did in the past) #4) Do not cancel a reservation!!! Once you paid that’s it. Recently, they have not been giving you refunds when you cancel a 100% refundable reservation. (In the past it was instantaneous, but now it says 3-5 business days and your refund never comes) If everything falls into place and there are no issues, then it’s a great and convenient travel app to use. If there is any issues.. you are on your own. I have been a very loyal customer since startup. Customers really need more than what supertravel is giving.

Terrible customer service

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with super.com for a hotel reservation, and my experience was utterly disappointing. The response time was unacceptably slow, and the representative's response was inaccurate and unhelpful. Despite my clear explanation of the issue at every time i spoke with any of their representatives, the company failed to take responsibility and instead shifted the blame. The lack of empathy and understanding was striking. It seemed like they were more interested in your bookings money than customers satisfaction The hotel reservation was botched, and I was left without a room despite having a confirmation. The company's inability to resolve the issue or provide a decent refund is inexcusable. Their customer service fell short in every aspect - responsiveness, accuracy, and empathy. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

They are thieves. Stay away from this company.

As the hotel is booked, They take the money from credit card and they don't pay the hotel. So, the hotel charges because they have not been paid. ( that's what hotel told me). Basically, it's a double charge. stay away from this company. book from a reputable website. Their low prices are just to attract customers and do the same trick to their customers. When i called the hotel, they said the supertravel didn't provide a virtual card number and on the other side when I called the supertravel, they said that they paid them. It is just a game that hotel and this website play so that you would get tired of pursuing your money that is stolen by the hotel and this app. I have official proofs that I’ve been charged twice from both parties(supertravel and the hotel). Stop lying. This is not the right way of handling the customers. I was planning to use their site very frequently but after seeing all this, I would rather get my travel needs from the company that I can trust, not from the company that steals money which we have earned all this money very hardly. they are just bunch of thieves that opened up a company and trying to steal money from people. They correlate all of these stealing methods with the hotel and they do the same thing with everybody who goes to that hotel and the hotel knows how to handle them along with the super travel. both of them charge and the person is left with double charges.

You’re tight on a budget.
The price difference between booking directly vs through SuperTravel is substantial.
You are pretty much sure that you won’t change or cancel your hotel for a refund.
You’re willing to take the risks associated with booking through SuperTravel.

Besides these conditions, you must be following these tips:

I will NEVER book any other reservation thru Super Travel….even thou you pay the $17.00 for the 100% refund, the terms and conditions make it nearly impossible to get your refund. It does not cover for changing dates, changing your mind, finding another place closer, or anything like that. Big Rip OFF!!!

What you see on their website is *not* what you get. The only reason they’re still operating in my opinion is lack of consumer protections. *I* could create a website that takes people’s money and doesn’t promise an actual reservation or service. Everything your are describing Is correct accept that they resell wholesale bookings made by companies like Expedia. They purchase these at a discount and resell them. Super Scammy is what they should change their name to. Now they want to sell insurance and banking services? I think regulators should look into this.

Just trying to get a receipt for our stay, can you please help?

Don’t ever book through Super Travel. I booked a room and had roaches crawling on me, but Super Travel is not willing to communicate with the hotel when the hotel is willing to refund my money. I’m taking both to small claims court.

My hotel was taken over by the Governor of New York for asylum seekers and my reservation was canceled. Supertravel never notified me of this and I only found out the day of the reservation because I called the hotel to inquire about something before I left my house (the hotel told me that all guests and third parties were issued refunds). I tried calling Supertravel and couldn’t get a live person. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get a refund.

I will never use supertravel I booked a hotel online when I showed up it was a house renting a room I was so uncomfortable and it was creepy I left and they refuse to refund my money !!!

They are a scam!!!!! When I arrived at the hotel there was confusion regarding the booking, I was charged an additional $21.52 being an Intl Transaction Fee which did NOT show on my receipt only shown on my credit card statement. Nowhere did I see that there was this additional charge. Keep right away from this Super Travel group. They sound cheap but expensive in the long run.

I’ve used super trouble and it’s been good and bad. The issue was a super travel the issue is the hotels. Since they are a third party, sometimes the hotel does not want to give out that pricing. When it comes to refunds and reservations, it is what it is. You’re getting a great deal. You need to pay for the Cancellation. Now, if you plan on keeping your reservatiand make sure your hotel accepts super travel, then you should be okay. But there’s a conspiracy at hotels against Super travel, The deals are too good, and hotels have told me they’re not making money with super travel, so they refuse to take bookings sent through super travel, so you have to call to make sure your booking is being placed or that the hotel will take super travel bookings, Choice hotels is one conglomerate that is starting to refuse to take super travel bookings. It’s just too good, These hotels at choice conglomerates want no less than eighty dollars per night. Now if you find a separate hotel And you can confirm that it takes super travel take the deal. But make sure you keep your reservations. And hotels are starting to have the same price point as your expedia’s, hot wires, priceline, Hotels are not giving away deals. They’re trying to eliminate their party purchasing and many of them are not accepting multitudes of third parties, not just super travel.

No doubt this company is a scam. I made a reservation in Valcouver using SUPERTRAVEL. They charged my credit card the full amount and when I ariived at the hotel there was no reservation at all. And they do not refund me. And also they do not answer my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Well I booked a room with them two days ago they gave me a confirmation number I called the hotel and they said no they don’t have anything and that all those travel places only takes 2 hours and I told the hotel it’s been 2 days and then when I called the travel agency they said that I had the wrong confirmation number which was printed out and told me they would give me another one which they never gave me and then told me that they would have to get it and either email me or call me with it they couldn’t give it to me right then and there, so I will call the hotel again tomorrow and check

They are a scam. They said they cover room and fees. The HOTEL also CHARGED the fees. They give you a low price that they make up and then they add non existent fees. THEY ARE A SCAM

I feel this company in his scam! Experience the worst from this company, during my reservation trying to Find a hotel stay with reasonable prices. Never once did I see there was be a fee of a deposit. Only aware that there will be a resort fee which was only $17.00 Once I arrived at my chosen hotel I was told that I would have to pay a $125 deposit as well. After explaining that I was totally unaware I was guaranteed a refund from the hotel as long as the travel agency would make a call to the hotel.To confirm. After calling several times and getting the same response from different agent team members, I find myself going in circles and became very frustrated. This company had no intentions of fixing the issue. They only give you false intentions that you will be refunded. Was told that I would have to pay an extra $30 to get a refund credit. For months now I am contacting Super to transfer back my credit (I received because they cancelled 3!! bookings). No chance. The support chat team pretends to do something but in the end nothing happens ever. Probably it’s a fraud – tactic of them, just keeping the money.

As the hotel is booked, They take the money from credit card and they don’t pay the hotel. So, the hotel charges because they have not been paid. ( that’s what hotel told me). Basically, it’s a double charge. stay away from this company. book from a reputable website. Their low prices are just to attract customers and do the same trick to their customers. When i called the hotel, they said the supertravel didn’t provide a virtual card number and on the other side when I called the supertravel, they said that they paid them. Booked a Hampton Inn room through Super Travel. When we arrived, there was no reservation. They sent me across the street to a lesser hotel with no pool, no breakfast. They HAD my reservation. Contacted Super Travel….still waiting for callback. This seems like fraud

Super Travel is not a legitimate business. You cannot trust that your reservations will actually be made (mine were not, although I had confirmation documents) or that they will assist you at all in refunding your money or finding other accommodations for you as a result of their errors. I was literally stranded at night in Mexico on my own. I strongly recommend NOT ever using this service.

Super Travel overbooked a hire that was full. The employees said they told all third party booking sites they were full for the weekend and they had several people show up, including me, even though they did not have any rooms available since early in the day (May 27, 2023). Trying to get a live human and a refund is a painstakingly slow process.

Super Travel is total crap. Their cancellation policy requires you to cancel days in advance. They give you credits if you book on their app, which is not functional, and then you waste time trying to claim credits because none of the hotels actually apply to the credits. A total waste of time and money.

Please take my advice and DO NOT USE SUPERTRAVEL!! I have to travel with my daughter because she has brain surgery and Supertravel charges for 2 rooms and does not refund you! They are a Gimmick!!

I was excited to find this price for a 3 night stay. Unfortunately, my daughter is in the hospital and not doing well. I cannot even call the hotel to cancel my reservation, although I know I will lose my money.

I have used Super travel since the beginning of the Pandemic and book hotels through them at least 3-4 times per month. I’ve had a couple of problems with bookings which caused problem when i tried to check in and they were resolved. They has earned the right to not 100%. Booking is easy and reliable and their pricing beats other sources 98% of the time for quality properties. And what you see on the site is what you get. The pricing can increase as the day moves forward but they remain a good deal. If you sign up you receive $ credit that you can apply on your next booking. There is an issue between syncing between my desktop and cell phone versions. but not an interfering issue. I am affiliated with only myself and I give my experience with them a 98.5% approval rating. I had to give them this shout out when i read the blog. T hey give me flexibility and choice in managing my hotel needs. Thank you !

Also some of the hotels advertised on super travel have not given their authorisation to have their rooms sold on that platform

I've had this app and even the membership for well over a month and for some reason the credits you earn on "every trip" like never load It's honestly one of the reasons I couldn't give it 5 stars

“Poor response and unacceptable service”

I paid $135.94 for a hotel reservation, which Super charged my card. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said they had never received payment for the room. They contacted Super who said it was their partner's job to make the payment. After three hours Super said they would cancel the reservation and give me a full refund, which they did. Problem is, now I had to redue the reservation though the hotel, which cost me $166.28 along with three hours of waiting for a resolution. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. I'll never use Super again in the future. Date of experience: July 30,2024

Can you share a success story using snaptravel?

They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.

Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
