Finally they were escorted off, but the experience threw off the crew. Disruptive for everyone. Service was a mess, televisions didn’t work, bathroom door kept swinging open during the entire flight whenever empty …

I'm a larger, athletic guy (6'2", 260lbs powerlifter) and I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable with minimal leg room, especially in a window seat. Now, I full understand that being smaller may change my view but even if I was 80lbs less, my legs would be the same size and I was sandwiched between my seat and the seat in front of me.

Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.

Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.

There were multiple delays but JetBlue tried to make the boarding and departure process as quick and efficient as possible. The crew was as detached from reality as could be, meaning: not very friendly and just doing things by the numbers.

Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. It never leaves on time. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well.

Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.

Onboarding process was great and efficient. Plane was very new and entertainment choices were great. The only complain is no meal despite it was a flight that is longer than 6 hours.

It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.

Delays!!! Serious delays. I was told by a member of staff in LGA that I would miss my DEN to LAX flight connection, so I was put on a later flight. Due to delays I would have been able to have made my original flight, where I was sat in business class - seat 1A: I was put on my original flight but bumped from business - 1A to economy 33C. I want a refund for paying business class but only flying economy

Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.

Everything could’ve been better. The boarding process was a little tedious, and then they put me in a seat with the window did not open, which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling considering I had told them that. The entertainment system didn’t work for quite some time and because I had to heavily medicate myself to not have a panic attack I missed dinner and barely ate anything on the flight. Not to mention the religious man next to me, praying mostly and humming the whole flight.

Better overall experience from my first flight with Spirit several years ago. Efficient boarding (albeit I arrived after all rows were called) and flight actually left earlier than planned. I am still baffled by being charged for everything, even a non-alcoholic beverage. And there is definitely less seat room which makes a flight that’s more than 2 hours really uncomfortable.

This was the best spirit airlines fight I have ever had. I take spirit up to 3 or more times a year and I am ready to be the Jared of spirit. 🤪 Best flight ever. Everyone was great. I hope my return flight is the same. When you're traveling with a 9 month old you need a different type of care and accommodation. I didn't ask the staff for anything but I didn't have any added stress.

Both flights were delayed. Flight from LGA to DTW caused serious anxiety as 3 people were removed from the aircraft before take off for disorderly conduct. First time experience and though you'll pay for *everything* meaning bags, water/snacks, even a question with a service agent - - all in all, not a bad experience whatsoever.

Long lines, rude staff, everything that's offered you have to pay for.

Among the worst flights I’ve taken. Never again. Staff was horrible across the entire Frontier workforce. Flight attendants were legitimately yelling at and arguing with each other while on board - toxic environment (really guys? at work and in front of customers no less?). Frontier intentionally assigned my partner and I (who booked together) to opposite ends of the plane despite plenty of seats together - straight up predatory practices to take people’s money. Seats are legit the absolute worst. Not even free coffee. Absolute garbage airline with wild hidden fees and the worst staff in the business. They will for sure have a deadly accident soon. Never again, not for any where not for any price.

My departure gate was E10 but no kiosk at E10 for check in & no one to ask. A United attendant helped direct us to E38 for check in. The kiosks at E38 were all malfunctioning. A counter agent had to check us in. We then had to walk back to E10 for boarding. E10 to E38 at DfW is not an easy trek. No where in all the info they sent us indicated there were issues to over come. They can cut only so many corners. Luckily we arrived plenty early to deal with Frontier’s inefficiency.

Our flight was delayed by four hours without notice, the app for getting my boarding pass is super confusing, and I wasn’t able to check a suitcase without paying for a higher cost package

San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín Airport (SJU) serves as the region’s only international airport. With over 8 million people passing through a year, it serves more passengers than any other airport in the Caribbean. It consists of four terminals, which create a U-shape that surrounds the main parking and ground transportation areas.

An island unto itself, Puerto Rico’s beaches are always a must-do. From Condado Beach and Ocean Park in San Juan to the less crowded beaches like Flamenco and Culebra on the islands just to the east of the main, there’s a beach to fit your personality. Old San Juan offers a unique glimpse into the history of the island, with buildings dating back to the 16 th century. The shopping and dining scene in San Juan is diverse and eclectic. As the U.S. territory seeks to welcome tourists back, you can travel to Puerto Rico from a range of U.S. cities for as low as $188. In particular, flights to the Puerto Rican cities of San Juan, Ponce and Aguadilla Pueblo are discounted.

These discounted tickets apply to flights generally taking place from October to April. Some routes are available on Thanksgiving, but all bargain routes are excluded from Christmas and New Year's Eve travel.

When booking your flights, we suggest searching Google Flights to find the best possible dates. Then, book directly with the airline of your choice since it is more dependable if your flight faces a cancellation, delay or booking change.

For a Dec. 2 flight to San Juan from Newark, Google Flights displays a nonstop 7:59 p.m. United flight as the cheapest possible option.

While the $195 sticker price to San Juan is low, the only returning United flight that will keep the fare low leaves Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) at 2:05 a.m., which may not be convenient. The late-night flight will have you touching down in Newark bright and early at 5:20 a.m.

The other two returning flights, which leave at the more convenient times of 7:20 a.m. and 2:40 p.m., cause the round-trip fare to increase to $234 and $220, respectively.

The fares featured in these trips to Puerto Rico only extend to basic economy. United's basic economy does not allow passengers to bring carry-ons and charges extra for seat selection. Additionally, passengers are not eligible for ticket changes or upgrades with United's basic economy fare.

The $195 round-trip ticket is low, according to Google Flights. The cheapest possible tickets to San Juan typically range from $355 to $1,100.

United offers multiple bundles you could add to your flight for more perks on board. A seat selection bundle costs an additional $37, and if you also want to add a checked bag, the price jumps to $66. The prices for United Club access differ for flights to and from San Juan.

If you don't opt for any bundles, seat selection on the two flights can cost anywhere from $15 to $46. The Preferred and cheaper standard economy seats both have the same amount of legroom, the only difference is that United's Preferred seats not only cost more but are also in the middle of the aircraft.
