Job description and responsibilities Your job will provide foreign travelers with safe and relaxing travel in Thailand.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support via phone, email, or social media channels.
• Calculate the cost, tour price and summarize the selling price.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to furnish accurate information to customers.
• Listen actively to customer issues, assess their needs, and find effective solutions.
• Share best practices with team members to improve overall service quality.
• Document customer issues and report them to the management team.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to improving both satisfaction levels and Net Promoter Score.
• Continuously update and enhance expertise in the field.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business, Marketing, Chinese, or related fields. fluent in English or Chinese language (listening, speaking, reading, and typing). 
• Able to communicate in Thai and English or in Thai and Chinese Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheet
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Resilient and flexible in handling various types of customer issues effectively. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Interest in continuous learning and skill development.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season. A "Can Do" attitude and positive thinking that includes creative thinking is an asset
• This position is only open for Thai nationals.

Day-1 Arrival Chandigarh Airport

Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our representative & transferred to Shimla by road. Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. This city Often referred to as the \'Queen of Hill Stations\',. Once you reach Shimla, complete the check-in formalities at the Hotel and take some rest. Night Dinner & stay at the Hotel

Day-2 Shimla - Kufri Excursion with local sight seeing

Today morning after a filling, delicious breakfast visits Kufri. Kufri derives its name from \'Kufr\' which means lake. The Park is home to over 180 varieties of fauna. Thereafter visit the famous mall road of Shimla. Visit the Scandal Point Jhakoo Temple (private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It\'s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.) After ample shopping at mall road, we returned to your hotel for a mouth-watering dinner—overnight in the Hotel.

Day-3 Shimla to Manali (9hrs.)

Have your breakfast and begin driving Manali, one of the most popular hill stations of India. Upon arriving, complete the check- in formalities at the hotel. The evening is at leisure. Flocked by honeymooners and family vacationers all around the year, Manali is dotted with a number of attractions. Dinner & Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day-4 Manali - Local Sight Seeing & Solang Valley Visit

The morning we proceed for Solang Valley, where we can enjoy adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding. Later you can also visit Tibetan Monastery- not only a place of worship but also a Tibetan culture centre, the natural springs and sandstone temples at Vashist Village, Hadimba Devi Temple- dedicated to Hidimba, wife of Bhim-one of the 5 Pandava brother of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and the Manu Temple- and old temple dedicated to sage Manu. Club House In the evening we return to the hotel or free time at mall road. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Manali.

Day-5 Manali - Trip to Atal Tunnal - Sissu - Manali

Atal Tunnel is the longest tunnel above 10,000 feet, and cuts the travel time between Manali and Leh by around 3-4 hours. You enter the tunnel in Manali and end up in the Sissu, Lahul Valley. And the very fact that you can travel from Manali to Sissu in 15-20 minutes via the Atal Tunnel is what has turned Atal Tunnel into the most talked about attraction in and around Manali.

Day-6 Manali to Chandigarh  

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel and then proceed for Chandigarh.  Half Day Chandigarh local  sightseeing  if time permits and then drop at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway Station.

Day-1 Transfer from Cochin to Munnar

Arrive at Cochin Airport or Railway Station and transfer to Munnar, which is called as Nature Lover\'s Paradise and is at 1800mts above the sea level. On the way to Munnar visit Cheeyappara waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Visit the plush tea gardens, experience this vast plantation area around the slopes of the hills. The scenery is simply stunning and mesmerizing. The view of the clouds descending into the mountains is a pleasure to watch. Check into a hotel / resort. Overnight at Munnar.

Day- 2  Explore Munnar

After breakfast proceed for Munnar sightseeing, visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala dam, Eco point, another serene and tranquil spot. This is a must visit place for someone who wants a moment to admire the scenes around and wants to have some fun along the way, echoing his or her voice. Then visit the Tea Museum. Overnight at Munnar.

Day-3 Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast check out from the hotel / resort and proceed to Thekkady. Check into the hotel / resort. Thekkady is India\'s largest wildlife sanctuary and is a dream destination for any tourist visiting Kerala. Spice plantation tour covering tea, coffee, pepper and cardamom plantations. Have an amazing boat ride in Periyar Lake which flows through the Periyar Tiger Reserve. You will have chance to watch the wild animals like Elephant, Bison, Sambar, Deer etc. are roaming both shore. Evening visit the local spice market for garden fresh spices. Overnight at Thekkady

Day- 4 Thekkady - Alleppey

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel and proceed to Alappuzha which has an immense natural beauty, also known as the Venice of the East. It is famous for the back waters, boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products and coir products. Day 1: Arrive at Bagdogra airport. Drive to Gangtok. 

Arrive at Bagdogra airport. Meet our local representative, driver cum local guide. Board your vehicle & drive to the capital city of Sikkim, Gangtok. Check into your hotel & relax. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (Spl. Note:- Since the Gangtok to Bagdogra is 5hrs. drive, we recommend you to take a morning or afternoon flights to reach the hotel at the right time)

Day 2: Local Sightseeing at Gangtok

After your respective meal, you will be taken for local sightseeing of Gangtok city which includes: Handicraft and Handloom, Flower Show, Ganesh Tok, and Tashi viewpoint, Gonjang Monastery, Bakthang Waterfalls, Do Drol Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Enchay Monastery, Ropeway, Hanuman Tok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3: Gangtok - Excursion to TsoMgo & Baba Mandir + Nathula Pass

In the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Gangtok. (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Supplement cost for Nathula pass are included in package cost (it will be closed on Monday & Tuesday) and subjected to permit availability. Overnight stay at Gangtok

Day 4: Drive from Gangtok to Pelling. (120 Kms / approx 05 Hrs drive)

In the morning, check out from the hotel and proceed for Pelling. The pleasant little town of Pelling is famous for magnificent views of the snow-capped Kanchenjunga range, the third-highest peak in the world. On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 5: Pelling Local Sightseeing with Sky Walk

After breakfast start for full day sightseeing. 1st Half tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In afternoon start for 2nd Half tour - Pemayangtse Monastery, Sang-Ngag Choling (Sky Walk), New Helipad Ground. Overnight stay at Pelling.( Kanchenjunga will be on added in package cost)

Day 6: Drive from Pelling to Darjeeling

This morning, after breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling via Singla check post. Darjeeling, also known as \"Queen of Hills\" is a hill station in the state of West Bengal. Once the summer resort of British raj, this place still carries the same charm. On arrival check-in to your hotel & relax in the comforts of your hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling

Day 7: Local Sightseeing of Darjeeling with Zoological Park

Wake up around 04:00 hrs today, as we take you to Tiger Hill (8,400 ft.) (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds’ 3rd highest peak). Later, return back to your hotel. Enroute, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast at your hotel, board your vehicle as we take you to visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden (On Extra Cost outer view), and Japanese Temple. Enjoy a 2 hours ride from Ghum to Batasia loop to enjoy breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga range. (tickets are subject to availability). Overnight at Darjeeling. 

Day 8: Drive from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport. Tour Ends

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Bagdogra to catch your flight for your onward journey. Tour Ends.
