Immigration Vaccines
Green card and u.s. citizenship vaccinations.
Get vaccinated before your immigration medical exam! If you are applying for a green card and or U.S. citizenship, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) says you must prove you have received the following vaccinations:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza (during flu season)
- Full COVID-19 vaccine series (for more information please visit the U.S. Department of State website )
We stock all these required vaccines. Low- and no-cost flu vaccine is also available (seasonally). Please note that no-cost flu vaccines may not always be available.
No insurance required
We offer vaccines to people with or without medical insurance. You get a print-out of your vaccines at the time of your visit.

Immigration physicals
We do not perform immigration physicals. To obtain an immigration medical exam, please call the Denver Health appointment line: 303-436-4949.
