Not more than a fraud. We booked tickets for real alcazar thinking it was the official site (there was not written anywhere we were booking through Pancho tours). We paid 2 times the real price (29 euro per person while the ticket is 13.5 euro). If you book combined tickets (alcazar +giralda) things are even worse (c.a. 70 euros Vs 25 euro). This is a fraud. They are tricking people and are aware of it. On their website there is written full refund within 24 hours but they did not refund the tickets. They are selling audioguides that are free with the ticket. Not sure this is even legal. At the entrance of alcazar there is a warning on booking only through official web site with the link...meaning that several people made the same mistake.

Nothing good to say about business. Got to tour site and was told tickets were not legitimate. Tickets cost 17 euros at site of tour. Rancho charged double the amount. We originally thought we were tickets through FeelTheCityTours which ended up being a front for Poncho Tours. I would avoid this organization like someone who has plagued. If I could provide a negative number for review I would.

Do not trust at all! An attempt was made to book online, but the website encountered an error and advised to try again later. Eventually, we made through another site. However, we discovered the following day that the original transaction had gone through even though the website indicated otherwise. An effort was made to obtain a refund for the order that was never intended, but unfortunately, their response was unhelpful and they declined any refunds despite their website's failure. Instead of assisting with the issue, they had the money which was all they wanted so they ceased communication entirely afterwards. Avoid these robbers and don't let them steal from you like they did me for €60.

We booked a Pancho tour in Cordoba and Seville - "free tour" where you tip at the end. In both cases the tour guide did not show up !!! DO NOT USE PANCHO TOURS !!!

Scam. They still your money. Do not believe the Free Cancellation written on their pages because 'it does not apply to the tickets you purchased just an hour before from the USA thinking it was the real real Alcázar website not the fake real Alcázar. Total rip-off and Andrea is not a nice person.

I initially booked a number of tours for 2020 but due to Covid did not use them. "No problem" I was told by Pancho Tours, "you have a credit with us". When I tried to rebook for 2023 it was a royal hassle. It took about a dozen emails just to get dates and times secured. I was specific about which tours I wanted and the dates and times but they needed to confirm and reconfirm and so it goes. So we actually used a couple of tours. On our last full day in Barcelona, we were booked for Cas Milla at 9:00. This night before while we were having dinner (around 20:00), I received an email that this tour was cancelled. I was offered a tour on another day (namely after I left Barcelona); there was no legitimate explanation as to why the tour is cancelled . I was told that I would received a refund. I never received a refund. Fortunately I was able to book the same tour through Expedia So Expedia can provide me with the tour immediately but Panch had to cancel despite having weeks of notice. Lesson learned: do not book with Pancho is you want to see something - I can't take the chance of travelling all the way to any destination and not seeing what I want (and paid for). I still have a credit with them. Will I use it? NO WAY - I can't afford to take the chance

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They offer services without having actual tickets for entrance. Booked private Alhambra tour night before told they couldn't do no tickets. Do not use this company.

Meh. We booked a tour through Viator and Pancho Tours was the local contact. It was supposed to be a Gourmet Tapas and Wine Tour. We stopped at 4 places. Wine and Tapas at each. Nothing "gourmet" about it. The food was pretty gross honestly. Poor choices. We have found that the good Tapas places are busy and packed with people. A couple of our stops we were the only ones there. Also, there were two tour guides, one of which was 20 minutes late. The other, snarky and rude. My wife was in bed sick the next day (could be related?). I'd recommend Devour. We used them in Madrid and it was great.

What an awesome two hour tour. Honeybee was a great tour guide. She provide details of many historical sites and other helpful hints to plan our visit. This was a free tour that would typically cost 10 - 15 Euro per person. Bravo Honeybee!

ENGLiSH: They took my money, couldn't find the infamous orange umbrella because it was on the floor, there were no orange t-shirts. i get there a half hour early and am made to wait 45 minutes in the sun. in the meantime there are other people from the UK and Germny being very verbal complaining about other problems with themas well . They ask me for another EURO to pay additional for audioguides. (aren't these included in the 44EUROS just paid?) Geez, the airlines throw these away....just sayin. They tell me the tour already started and walk me to the door and am asked to wait there. The red headed girl never comes back with my audioguides and never am able to meet up with Tatiana the guide inside. i visited the ALCAZAR by myself with no guide, person, nor audio. i paid over 40 EUROS for this tour. Confusion and out to get your money. They refuse to return my money. t's not the money, its the principle. The are also known as "PANCHO TOURS". iN SPANSH Hice reservas con "PANCHOTOURS" y me indicaron que buscara la sombrilla naranjada. La sombrilla estaba cerrada y en el piso tirado. Tampoco vi ninguna persona con pullovers naranjados. Pero eso es lo menos del problema. Llegue 15 minutos antes y me indicaron que me parara en linea para mi reserva al ALCATRAZ a las 11:30. Cuando llegue al frente de la linea, una chica de cabello rojo me dijo que pagara 1 EURO por audioguir en español. Lo pague y me indicaron que mi grupo en español ya había entrado y llevaron a la puerta. La chica de cabello rojo me prometio volver con los audiguia en español que había pagado. Ella nunca regreso después de media hora esperando en el sol. Cuando llame quejándome, me dijeron que entrara a buscar a "Tatiana", que ella tenia mis audioguia. Yo les dije que ya habían pasado 45 minutos y la probabilidad de encontrar a Tatiana eran muy improbable. En resumen, pague por un tour y encima, pague 1 EURO por un audioguia y termine entrando y caminando el ALCATRAZ solo y sin guis. Espero una devolución inmediata. Saben quien soy porque me queje que todo el mundo me escucho. Fue una falta de respeto y un robo total

Un encanto haber conocido Sevilla a través de la mirada y el conocimiento de Sara, una sevillana de ley.

Un sevillano de sangre y se nota en sus explicaciones y sentimiento cuando habla de los barrios y curiosidades. Aunque sean 2 horas de tour se hace muy divertido y además de notas históricas (Manu tiene la carrera de Historia, punto a favor!) también cuenta curiosidades de la ciudad y gente de Sevilla.

Nos quedamos encantadas con el tour!! Sara fue nuestra guía. Resumiría todo diciendo que fue la mejor forma de visitar Sevilla. En la próxima visita seguro que repetiremos con otro tour
