Nike has officially revealed its “Electric Pack” of sneakers for the Olympics , and it features a whopping 55 different shoes with the brand’s iconic “Safari” print .

Representing 32 sports, the Nike “Electric Pack” renders the ostrich print first introduced on the Air Safari in 1987 primarily in the brand’s vivid “Total Orange.” Running, basketball, soccer, skateboarding and more are accounted for, and a run of accessories also make use of the bright orange animal print. Many of the sneakers in the collection for had been leaked previously, but the full scope of the “Electric Pack” hadn’t been seen until Nike’s announcement Wednesday.

“We wanted to take something you wouldn’t think about in the context of performance — the Safari pattern — and create an artifact that signaled this new era of sport,” Caroline Abero, senior director of Women’s Footwear and Apparel, said in a press release. “We’re bringing sport and culture together on the playing field and creating a new look of sport for the next generation.”

For running, the assortment includes the Alphafly 3 supershoe , Vaporfly 3, Pegasus 41 , Invincible 3, InfinityRN 4 — each of which place the Total Orange ostrich print on their respective midsoles.

Among the basketball sneakers are the G.T. Cut 3, G.T. Jump 2 and G.T. Hustle, which opt for a black and white “Safari” print decorating the majority of the shoes.

Nike’s soccer cleat (or football boot) offering sees the orange “Safari” treatment bleed over from the upper to the studded soles on the Mercurial Vapor 16, Tiempo Legend 10, Phantom Luna 2 Elite, Phantom GX 2 Elite and more.

Nike SB opts for more subtle colorways on the Zoom Janoski OG+ and Zoom Blazer Mid, while lifestyle offerings include the Air Max Dn, Air VaporMax 2023 and Calm slide.

The “Electric Pack” also caters to other sports including track and field, golf and tennis.

A selection of sneakers from the “Electric Pack” are available now on Nike’s website, with prices ranging from $55 to $300.

Nike Makes An Olympic Splash With The “Electric Pack” Featuring 55 Shoes

Nike’s dedication to its athletes will be on full display beginning Friday, July 26th throughout the 2024 Olympic Games. You’ll witness the most innovative footwear and apparel in action on its athletes as they strive for the greatest platform in competitive sports — the medal stand. In addition to making noise on the design and engineering front, Nike is stealing the scene with the “Electric Pack”, a massive 55-shoe collection centered around the iconic “Ostrich” pattern that has been in play since its founding year of 1987.

Originally created by famed sneaker architect Tinker Hatfield, the Ostrich print (aka Safari print) combined with a blast of orange is leveraged across a number of Nike footwear products across a number of sports and even lifestyle casual wear. You might’ve seen a few of these selections get an earlier preview, like Nike Basketball’s GT Series and even the top-shelf AlphaFly 3 running shoe. But Nike’s spread it across soccer, track and field, and even on its Sportswear division on silhouettes like the Air Max Dn and Vapormax Flyknit 2023.

Not pictured are a number of other styles from Nike Skateboarding, such as the SB Dunk Low and the all-new PS8. Believe it or not, Nike is dropping all 55 pairs of shoes on July 24th, 2024; get them directly from Nike here .

I don't normally write reviews for products that I buy, but in this case I'm making an exception. I first heard about Veldskoen from Ash at the Chap's Guide YouTube channel. I've wanted a smart looking pair of Chukkas, and he spoke highly of the Veldskoen shoe, so I took the plunge. I was a little hesitant about what size to get, so I reached out to Veldskoen and received answers to my questions quickly. I went with their sizing recommendation and it was spot on. The shoes are lovely, comfortable, take very little time breaking in, and are perfect in nearly every way. The only exception is basketball. They are not good for basketball. Thanks Veldskoen for a fantastic product!
