Was able to snatch a great deal for this hotel which usually goes for a lot higher due to its strategic location. Didn’t need to purchase any local transport pass as everything was reasonably nearby and accessible on foot. Room was good, clean and comfortable.

I had really low expectations because of the reviews I'd read before. I was very wrong. VERY clean. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Going up the stairs was hard but the property description is very clear. Good WiFi. Not good for socializing but if you need a place to crash in Amsterdam while going out sightseeing this is for you.

Very basic but you get what you pay for and that was fine. Comfy beds and clean fresh towels. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow as most places in Dam and hot water is very hit and miss. Apart from that I cannot fault or complain. Would definitely stay here again.

7 of us rent a room to stay for a night, good location with just a few mins walk to red light district and the central station. Staffs are nice and willing to let my friend check in first although I'm not there. The room is tidy and clean and provides 2 bathrooms, however, the hot water ran out instantly after 2 ppl take bath. Others of us suffer a lot.... would recommend to take bath in different time of the day
