Used Co-op travel to book last years holiday..Found they were not as knowledgeable or friendly as some of the previous travel agents we have use. Did not seem very interested in you The shop was not busy, so its not as if time was a issue Shop has an extensive range of travel brochures on display staff do not pounce on you with can we help you when you walk in the door to pick some up to browse up home which is nice though just wish they would help you more when you make a decision and come to book.
