Bad ads/PR. The price was never discounted. It's the same if you book directly from the hotel. The direct deposit from bank to my super card never worked. Horrible technology service. I'd cancel their premium service, not worth and no value.

Avoid them, easy to book but f anything goes wrong forget it! i booked a hotel and they didnt have the room, no problem, they agreed to a refund. Super.com wanted a letter confirming this rather than just call the hotel but ok, i got the letter on headed paper from the front desk, i have 2 children with me and the hotel needs to check in/out other guests too. so i upload the letter as you can't talk to anyone at super.com, its all chat or email in stupid hours too. Now they can't take the letter as it was handwritten, even though they said they just needed confirmation and a name on headed paper, they didnt say, not handwritten. ive now placed it in dispute with my credit card company. AVOID this cowboy company.

Super.com is stiff arming either me to take a refund or accept a hotel that's a small, lesser quality, lesser location, lesser amenities, etc. property than what was advertised and paid for. The response from Super.com is a standard similar to we're wanting to offer a same class alternative property, but all they're stiff arming me to accept is a much lower level property plus 20% cash within the site. An EQUAL quality/location, etc. property is to be offered, as stated by the person who responds to these compliants that has filed. 8/24/2024 Marina Bay Sands Hotel is in no way shape or form equal property to what's been offered to me. If you can verify and show this to be comparable property here for everyone to read I'll gladly accept, but it's like comparing a Motel 6 in America to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, which is just crazy to do so, given what you're saying.

They don’t own up to their mistakes

They don’t own up to their mistakes. I spent about $800 for a jr suite. The room we were given IS NOT THE ROOM IN THE PICTURES they provided. They do not care about their costumers. They also DO NOT fix their mistakes and will blame it on you. Very rude and unprofessional. Thank god the hotel we’re at is understanding & they even told us they’ve had to send emails to these people to get the to stop the false advertisement they have going on. Accidentally booked wrong date

Accidentally booked wrong date. Immediately tries yo change it. Changed it at hotel but had a hard time canceling with super.com. After hours of jumping thru hoops finally talked to someone and had hotel mngr speak directly to them. Hotel said they wouldn't accept payment even if super.com tried to put it thru. Even though every was apparently sorted out I still haven't be refunded. Looks like super.com is keeping the money for themselves even though no service was provided. Definitely will never use again

So before you click on that “Book Now” button, let me uncover the truth: Is Super Travel legit, or is it just another scam waiting to happen?

Super Travel is certainly a legit online travel agency as it has been in business for several years and featured in The New York Times. However, the risks of issues associated with booking through SuperTravel are high as compared to booking directly with the hotel.

Although problems can occur even with booking directly with the hotel as well, the chances are much lower compared to booking through SuperTravel.

Here’s why:

SuperTravel basically acts as an intermediary between you and the hotels.

Therefore, the hotel isn’t liable to help you directly if something goes wrong.

In case something odd happens and you need any help, you will have to contact SuperTravel and then they will reach out to the airline you are booked with and then SuperTravel will get back to you.

Since an intermediary is involved between you and the hotel, you’re most probably going to be stuck in a lot of back-and-forths between the hotel and SuperTravel.

And this makes the whole process of resolving your issues a bit more complicated and your issues take longer to resolve.

In the same way, making changes, cancellations, and getting a refund becomes more complicated when your hotels are booked through SuperTravel since a middleman is involved.

In a situation like this, it is quite possible that SuperTravel may push things onto the hotel, and the hotel’s staff may turn around and push things back on SuperTravel, leaving you stuck in the middle.

Personally, I recommend SuperTravel only if:

• You are pretty much sure that you won’t change or cancel your hotel for a refund.
• You’re willing to take the risks associated with booking through SuperTravel.

Besides these conditions, you must be following these tips:

I will NEVER book any other reservation thru Super Travel….even thou you pay the $17.00 for the 100% refund, the terms and conditions make it nearly impossible to get your refund. What you see on their website is *not* what you get. The only reason they’re still operating in my opinion is lack of consumer protections. *I* could create a website that takes people’s money and doesn’t promise an actual reservation or service. Everything your are describing Is correct accept that they resell wholesale bookings made by companies like Expedia. They purchase these at a discount and resell them. Super Scammy is what they should change their name to. Now they want to sell insurance and banking services? I think regulators should look into this.

Just trying to get a receipt for our stay, can you please help?

I booked through Super Travel Dada Suites in Rome, arriving 10min after at the hotel. There was no one at the hotel. I called Super Travel immediately and two agents tried to reach out the hotel, also unsuccessfully. That alone should be enough for a refund. The invoice and payment proof of another place I had to second pay to sleep the night were demanded and sent to Super Travel. All sorts of problems were brought up by Super Travel to deny refund. Summarizing, it’s a SCAM by all means. Reservation B_10415569.

Don’t ever book through Super Travel. I booked a room and had roaches crawling on me, but Super Travel is not willing to communicate with the hotel when the hotel is willing to refund my money. I’m taking both to small claims court.

My hotel was taken over by the Governor of New York for asylum seekers and my reservation was canceled. Supertravel never notified me of this and I only found out the day of the reservation because I called the hotel to inquire about something before I left my house (the hotel told me that all guests and third parties were issued refunds). I tried calling Supertravel and couldn’t get a live person. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get a refund.

I will never use supertravel I booked a hotel online when I showed up it was a house renting a room I was so uncomfortable and it was creepy I left and they refuse to refund my money !!!

They are a scam!!!!! When I arrived at the hotel there was confusion regarding the booking, I was charged an additional $21.52 being an Intl Transaction Fee which did NOT show on my receipt only shown on my credit card statement. I’ve used super trouble and it’s been good and bad. The issue was a super travel the issue is the hotels. Since they are a third party, sometimes the hotel does not want to give out that pricing. When it comes to refunds and reservations, it is what it is. You’re getting a great deal. You need to pay for the Cancellation. I have saved tons of money with supertravel and i’ve only had one refrigerator was it able to get, but but It turned out to be a priceline issue, i’m not sure priceline owns these guys. And we have to be honest In traveling and staying in hotels, I’ve found out. The hotels only want 3 to 4 online third party services. They want super travel out because of the deals. Now, if you plan on keeping your reservatiand make sure your hotel accepts super travel, then you should be okay. But there’s a conspiracy at hotels against Super travel, The deals are too good, and hotels have told me they’re not making money with super travel, so they refuse to take bookings sent through super travel, so you have to call to make sure your booking is being placed or that the hotel will take super travel bookings, Choice hotels is one conglomerate that is starting to refuse to take super travel bookings. It’s just too good, These hotels at choice conglomerates want no less than eighty dollars per night. Now if you find a separate hotel And you can confirm that it takes super travel take the deal. But make sure you keep your reservations. And hotels are starting to have the same price point as your expedia’s, hot wires, priceline, Hotels are not giving away deals. They’re trying to eliminate their party purchasing and many of them are not accepting multitudes of third parties, not just super travel.

No doubt this company is a scam. I made a reservation in Valcouver using SUPERTRAVEL. They charged my credit card the full amount and when I ariived at the hotel there was no reservation at all. And they do not refund me. And also they do not answer my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a SCAM be warned!! they will take your money and give you the runaround and the hotel will not have any idea who you are.

Well I booked a room with them two days ago they gave me a confirmation number I called the hotel and they said no they don’t have anything and that all those travel places only takes 2 hours and I told the hotel it’s been 2 days and then when I called the travel agency they said that I had the wrong confirmation number which was printed out and told me they would give me another one which they never gave me and then told me that they would have to get it and either email me or call me with it they couldn’t give it to me right then and there, so I will call the hotel again tomorrow and check

They are a scam. They said they cover room and fees. The HOTEL also CHARGED the fees. They give you a low price that they make up and then they add non existent fees. THEY ARE A SCAM

I feel this company in his scam! Experience the worst from this company, during my reservation trying to Find a hotel stay with reasonable prices. Never once did I see there was be a fee of a deposit. Only aware that there will be a resort fee which was only $17.00 Once I arrived at my chosen hotel I was told that I would have to pay a $125 deposit as well. After explaining that I was totally unaware I was guaranteed a refund from the hotel as long as the travel agency would make a call to the hotel.To confirm. After calling several times and getting the same response from different agent team members, I find myself going in circles and became very frustrated. This company had no intentions of fixing the issue. They only give you false intentions that you will be refunded. Was told that I would have to pay an extra $30 to get a refund credit. For months now I am contacting Super to transfer back my credit (I received because they cancelled 3!! bookings). No chance. The support chat team pretends to do something but in the end nothing happens ever. Probably it’s a fraud – tactic of them, just keeping the money.

As the hotel is booked, They take the money from credit card and they don’t pay the hotel. So, the hotel charges because they have not been paid. ( that’s what hotel told me). Basically, it’s a double charge. stay away from this company. book from a reputable website. Their low prices are just to attract customers and do the same trick to their customers. When i called the hotel, they said the supertravel didn’t provide a virtual card number and on the other side when I called the supertravel, they said that they paid them. Booked a Hampton Inn room through Super Travel. When we arrived, there was no reservation. They sent me across the street to a lesser hotel with no pool, no breakfast. They HAD my reservation. Contacted Super Travel….still waiting for callback. This seems like fraud

Super Travel is not a legitimate business. You cannot trust that your reservations will actually be made (mine were not, although I had confirmation documents) or that they will assist you at all in refunding your money or finding other accommodations for you as a result of their errors. I was literally stranded at night in Mexico on my own. I strongly recommend NOT ever using this service.

Super Travel overbooked a hire that was full. The employees said they told all third party booking sites they were full for the weekend and they had several people show up, including me, even though they did not have any rooms available since early in the day (May 27, 2023). Trying to get a live human and a refund is a painstakingly slow process.

Super Travel is total crap. Their cancellation policy requires you to cancel days in advance. They give you credits if you book on their app, which is not functional, and then you waste time trying to claim credits because none of the hotels actually apply to the credits. A total waste of time and money.

Please take my advice and DO NOT USE SUPERTRAVEL!! I have to travel with my daughter because she has brain surgery and Supertravel charges for 2 rooms and does not refund you! They are a Gimmick!!

I hope your situation got better and most of all, I hope your little girl is doing great. I am also waiting on a refund. Did you ever get your $ back? I call them frequently and they keep answering the exact same rehearsed words.

Never again!!! Made a mistake on the date immediately called to change date and they refused! Do not book with this company. Spend a bit more go through Booking.com or Expedia they make it right!!!

I was excited to find this price for a 3 night stay. Unfortunately, my daughter is in the hospital and not doing well. I cannot even call the hotel to cancel my reservation, although I know I will lose my money.

I have used Super travel since the beginning of the Pandemic and book hotels through them at least 3-4 times per month. I’ve had a couple of problems with bookings which caused problem when i tried to check in and they were resolved. They has earned the right to not 100%. Booking is easy and reliable and their pricing beats other sources 98% of the time for quality properties. And what you see on the site is what you get. The pricing can increase as the day moves forward but they remain a good deal. If you sign up you receive $ credit that you can apply on your next booking. There is an issue between syncing between my desktop and cell phone versions. but not an interfering issue. I am affiliated with only myself and I give my experience with them a 98.5% approval rating. I had to give them this shout out when i read the blog. T hey give me flexibility and choice in managing my hotel needs. Thank you !

Also some of the hotels advertised on super travel have not given their authorisation to have their rooms sold on that platform

Worst third party company ever

Worst third party company ever. Do not book travel with this company. An absolute nightmare. I booked a hotel with them and had to cancel because one of the travelers untimely fell ill. So, we had to cancel our reservation, unfortunately. When I requested a one-time refund for this unfortunate situation, they rejected my request with no compassion whatsoever for my family member. Now, that's cold. So, I made it my personal quest to inform everybody that I could reach about my truly unpleasant experience with Super.com and to ask them never to book travel through this company. The lack of compassion they demonstrated was, far and away, monumental. Never again with this company. NEVER!!!!!

I made reservations at Hotel Zero1 in…

I made reservations at Hotel Zero1 in Montreal for a concert I had tickets for. Unfortunately the concert rescheduled its Sept 2024 date to Jan 2025. I called Hotel Zero1 and was told the third party, Super.com would have to change the dates. I was told by Super.com that there are no refunds. I do not want a refund but merely change the date. Super.com already has their money and refuse to change anything. Poor customer service by Super.com is an understatement! If I could give a -10 review I would. Travelers beware. Seems pretty simple for Super.com to get on the phone to Hotel Zero1 to change the date of the reservation. Simply Horrible

On August 10th, I bought a hotel room as a gift for my mother and sister. The room at the Doubletree Hilton Henrietta, NY was deplorable (mold, insects and mice). So bad that they were not able to stay. Super.com was terrible in every way in denying the refund. This constitutes theft (not delivering service in payment of money). Super.com works in collusion with the hotel to make the refund process impossible). Everybody washes their hands of the situation. The 'goods/product' that Super.com and Doubletree provided was a sub standard. I have been over twice to the hotel to cater to your every need and gave you proof the hotel wants to give the refund. The ball is in Super.com court to make right this theft/scam. Step up to the plate and stop with the 'we're doing everything for you' because everyone knows that is not true. No reserven con ellos tuve la peor experiencia con super.com reserve una semana antes de mi llegada a un hotel en Cancún un día antes hablé al hotel y oh sorpresa aún no estaba la reserva en el sistema, me comuniqué con ellos y solo me dieron excusas prometiendo que estaría lista. Llegué al hotel el día de la reservación con mi hija y mi esposo y la reserva no estaba me tuvieron en espera con excusas y mentiras de que según ellos lo estaban resolviendo. Estuve todo el día esperando la solución y nunca llegó solo perdí dinero y tiempo.

También confirmamos con el hotel que no se realizaron cargos en su tarjeta por esta estadía, ya que ya nos pagó por su reserva exitosa. En los casos en que la reserva no se realiza correctamente, no se incurre en cargos. En su lugar, se inicia una retención de autorización o una autorización previa, que se refleja como pendiente en sus transacciones bancarias. Este servicio es facilitado por el proveedor de su tarjeta, donde reservan temporalmente el monto aprobado, reduciendo así los fondos disponibles hasta que el comerciante complete la transacción. Dado que la compra deseada no estaba disponible y la reserva no se realizó, Super Travel no ha ejecutado ningún cargo y el procesador de su tarjeta liberará la retención en consecuencia. Acabo de hacer una reservación, el cobro se hizo a mi tarjeta de credito por parte de súper travel, no me mandaron número de reserva a mi Mail y decía que hubo un error en el pago, alguien que me pueda ayudar? Esta situación es muy estresante.

Tengo problema con mi reserva, al parecer la empresa súper.com no me está respondiendo, ni dando solución. Pagué mi reserva con ellos, pero no tiene comunicación con el hotel. Hola, hice mi reservación para el hotel pyramid en Cancún para el 30 de diciembre, ayer marqué al hotel y me dice que no tienen mi reservación y no me he podido contactar con super.com. Error con las fechas de mi reserva

Acabo de realizar una reserva con esta página y por error se han cambiado las fechas en la web sin darme cuenta de que he reservado para una fecha erronea. Necesito hacer el check-in para el 9 de diciembre y en la reserva aparece el día 10. Aunque no es reembolsable la tarifa, me he dado cuenta de forma inmediata y no me proporcionan ninguna solución, ni siquiera se molestan en contactar con el hotel que según ellos son los que imponen esta política.

A falta de 3 días el hotel no tenía reserva

Hice una reserva y a falta de 3 días para llegar al hotel, llamé directamente para confirmar la reserva y me informaron que no existía ninguna reserva. Contacte con Super.com para que me facilitasen un número de reserva que pudiesen validar en el hotel, no solo no me lo facilitaron si no que hicieron todo lo posible por dilatar el proceso haciéndome perder un montón de tiempo. Finalmente a falta de 10 min para el límite, conseguí cancelar la reserva y hacerla directamente con el hotel con un fuerte sobrecoste. Si es cierto que con la cancelación me devolvieron el importe en 12h. Mi número de reserva cancelada era el B_12988590

Et j’ai envoyé des e-mails des messages de réclamation jamais aucun retour de leur part une vrai arnaque !! Heureusement que j’avais régler via PayPal qui m’ont remboursé.

Erreur de réservation pour un hôtel à Amsterdam, effectivement la réservation n’est pas remboursable ni modifiable. Je voulais juste qu’ils transférèrent ma réservation vers le bon hôtel qu’il commercialise également.J’ai pu discuter avec eux par chat mais il n’y a pas eu d’effort de leur part. Déception car il n’y a pas de côté humain. J’espère encore un dénouement heureux de ma situation, seul se site peut encore agir!!!

J’ai réservé via ce site qui il est vrai propose des tarifs compétitifs. Mais j’ai également était prélevée de frais bancaire pour paiement hors Europe, alors que j’ai réservé une chambre dans mon pays. J’ai contacté le service clients qui me demande de contacter ma banque mais ce n’est pas à ma banque de rembourser, le site devrait notifier ses clients que des frais peuvent être appliquer car paiement hors UE et si ce n’est le cas alors rembourser ces frais!

It's a scam

It's a scam, I paid for a reservation that never showed at the hotel and they don't respond anymore whereas the hotel agreed for a refund. Cest une arnaque j'ai payé pour une réservation qui n'a pas été prise en compte à l'hôtel et ils ne répondent plus alors que l'hôtel a accepté un remboursement.

J'ai réservé avec Super.com, j'ai tout payé, arrivé à l'hôtel la réservation n'a jamais été faites et j'ai dû repayer pour une autre chambre, on a essayé moi et le préposé à l'accueil de l'hôtel de vous contacté, mais nous avons jamais eu de réponse. J’ai réservé un hotel à Cancun Bay Resort via le site super.com. Tout était confirmé. Payé. Nous avions eu un très bon prix. 1 mois plus tard, ils ont cancellé ma reservation en prétextant que l’hotel n’avait pas confirmé la reservation. J’ai tenté d’avoir du service. Aucun retour. Ils m’ont dit de contacté l’hotel.Or, ils ont monté le Prix de l’hotel et demandé de rebooker! C’est du vol! Évitez cette compagnie. Bookez ailleurs! Reponse à votre réponse: Je vous ai deja écris 2 fois par courriels. Je ne vais pas écrire mon numéro de reservation ici. Uniquement allez voir vos courriels et donnez le service auquel on a droit. C’est totalement illogique de donnez de bons prix aux clients en les cancellant 1 mois plus tard. Par chance que je n’étais pas rendu à l’hotel!! REPONSE: vous pouvez m’expliquer pourquoi il est presentement possible de reserver pour 2026?? Votre explication est illogique. Vous voulez uniquement nous faire débourser plus cher!

B_13836298 : J'ai réservé un hotel via ce site. Super.com me dit que la confirmation est ok, toutefois quand je vérifie avec l'hotel, ils n ont rien me concernant. Je demande à super.com de me donner le numéro de réservation de cet hotel. A ce jour, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. On me demande de patienter 1 semaine avant mon départ. Comment pouvez vous demander cela à vos clients ! J'ai besoin de la confirmation de l'hotel que tout est bien réservé, ce n est pas compliqué. J'attends un retour de votre part depuis le 21 avril. Il n'y aura PAS de frais ou de frais supplémentaires pour la chambre. Autre mauvaise surprise aucune adresse mail (comment adresser une preuve telle la facture dans ces circonstances? - permettez moi de douter de la capacité d'un chatboot à opérer un remboursement). Visiblement pas de service client téléphonique en français non plus. Du coup un nouveau périple commence...alors que le service proposé jusqu'à présent était parfait (choix, rapidité, prix ) La note sera réévaluée en fonction de la réponse (ou non) apportée.

Changement de dates lors du booking

Les dates de booking au début du processus ne correspondaient pas à celles de la réservation. Je suis passé pzr google pour rechercher un hôtel, qui m'a proposé super.com. Je n'ai malheurseument pas vérifié au moment de confirmer la réservation mais super.com n'a rien pu faire pour moi, alors que la réservation n'avait pas encore 5min. Très déçu de cette entreprise. Plus jamais. Édit suite à la réponse de super.com: je ne suis pas parvenu à obtenir d'accord de l'hôtel, celui ci m'ayant indiqué que la demande doit venir de super.com....

Il est donc important de vérifier les détails de votre réservation avant de finaliser votre réservation. Cela inclut la vérification des dates, du lieu et du prix. C'est également une bonne idée de consulter notre politique d'annulation afin que vous sachiez à quoi vous attendre si vous devez modifier ou annuler votre réservation. La seule exception qui nous permettrait d'émettre un remboursement ou une compensation serait l'approbation de l'hôtel. Une fois que vous avez reçu une confirmation écrite de l'hébergement, veuillez contacter notre équipe d'assistance et nous serons heureux de traiter votre remboursement ou votre modification. une annulation qui m'a pris une demi-journée et un remboursement que j'attends

j'ai fait une réservation d'hôtel qui peut être annulée et remboursée jusqu'au 15 septembre impossible d'annuler par mail avant cette date car le mail m'envoie à une erreur 404 et impossible d'annuler par téléphone qui me renvoie au besoin de passer par mail et ceci après plusieurs tentatives. Après envoi à une adresse travelsupport enfin trouvée on ne me rembourse pas mais on me donne un crédit pour une future réservation.... Grâce à l'avis mis sur trustpilot on me répond enfin et on m'annonce qu'on va me rembourser....une après-midi de perdue ! Pour le moment, la somme pour la réservation de la chambre a été prise sur mon compte en banque

Attention ! Pratique mensongère

Attention, site non sérieux car n'indique pas les "resort fee" des hotels (c'est à dire les frais de villégiature et autres frais non mentionnés au moment de la réservation). J'en ai fait malheureusement les frais à las vegas aujourd'hui, 45 €/jour en plus à payer (soit 90 € puisque résa de deux jours). Le pire : via le tchat, je leur soumets le problème et le type me dit que c'est indiqué dans la section "A propos" du site de l'hotel ; je vais donc voir cette fameuse section et là stupeur, il n'y a rien d'indiquer ; je l'en informe et là, tenez vous bien, il me dit qu'il ne peut rien pour moi, que c'est comme ça... Une vaste blague donc ce site, qui attire les gens avec des tarifs alléchants mais une fois sur place à l'hôtel, et comme la réservation est faite et payée vous vous retrouvez obligés de payer ces fameux "resorts fee". Faite donc bien attention avant toute réservation sur ce site, particulièrement malhonnête et qui de surcroit ne prend pas en compte les réclamations de leurs clients.

Il est important de noter que les hôtels ont souvent pour pratique standard de facturer un dépôt obligatoire et/ou des frais de villégiature directement aux clients. Veuillez noter que l’annonce incluait le tarif de la chambre et les frais d’hôtel dans leur annonce. Super Travel affiche le tarif de la chambre, puis les frais d’hôtel supplémentaires se trouvent dans la section des frais obligatoires avant que vous ne confirmiez la réservation. Il indique que l’hôtel facturera des frais de séjour à percevoir directement lors de l’enregistrement et que le montant des frais est susceptible d’être modifié. Il s’agit d’une procédure distincte car ils ne sont pas facturés par Super Travel, mais plutôt des paiements obligatoires à effectuer directement à l’établissement et à sa seule discrétion. Nous espérons que cette explication apportera des éclaircissements sur la question.

Frais bancaires

Bonjour, pourquoi des frais bancaires de 2,52 euros pour le paiement d'une réservation? Où se trouve votre centre de paiement? Aucune indication sur le site concernant des frais supplémentaires, vraiment dommage?? A vous lire Merci Denis

Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre votre expérience. Attention, les frais de conversion de devises sont plutôt établis et encaissés par votre banque. Des frais de transaction peuvent s'appliquer lors de la réservation d'un établissement hôtelier dans un pays étranger ou dans une devise étrangère. Ces frais seront appliqués au compte du titulaire de la carte par la banque émettrice de la carte, indépendante de Super. Si vous avez des questions concernant ces frais ou les taux de change appliqués à votre commande, veuillez contacter l'émetteur de votre carte de crédit. Nous espérons avoir clarifié vos doutes et vos préoccupations.

Prelevement non autorisé..

Je souhaite partager ma déception récente avec super.com. Après avoir effectué une réservation qui n'a jamais été validée de ma part, j'ai été débité sans autorisation. Malgré mes tentatives pour résoudre cette situation avec le service client, représenté par Camelle, aucune mesure concrète n'a été prise pour rectifier ce prélèvement non autorisé. On m'a simplement renvoyé vers une politique non-remboursable, même si la transaction n'a jamais été approuvée de ma part. Je trouve cette situation préoccupante et je conseille à tous les utilisateurs de faire preuve de prudence lors de l'utilisation de cette plateforme. Leur réponse inadéquate à ce problème remet en question la fiabilité de leurs services
