All CG travel requiring orders, which exclude assignments to duty, are now handled via E2 Solutions (CWT Sato Travel). You must first submit a Supplier ID Request Form and FSMS HR Form to the DIRAUX office before an account can be created on the system. Once your account has been established, you will then be able to proceed to the E2/ETS Home Page to create your travel plans. You can refer to the latest ETS User Guides as a reference.

Most of your actions in E2 Solutions involve a specific document, like an authorization, voucher, or local travel claim. Some actions, however, impact multiple documents. Canceling a trip, for example, impacts all documents associated with the trip, including authorizations, vouchers, travel advances, and reservations.
The new travel system, E-Gov Travel System (ETS), implementation will begin on Oct. 1, 2021, the first quarter of fiscal year 2022 (Q1 of FY22).
