Fuck these guys. We booked a glacier helicopter tour through them, but there was some kind of miscommunication and our flight was pushed to a time where we could no longer make it back to our ship on time. We probably won't have this opportunity again. They fucked it up for us. FUCK YOU M&M TOURS!
Fuck these guys!
Wow. The incompetence of this company is ridiculous. They are incredibly disorganized; they do not know which buses belong to their own company. For a party of 3, we booked a Skagway Klondike Summit Express tour, and the sales guide gave very vague directions as to where bus would depart from. We boarded two buses, both of which we were kicked out from because the drivers didn't know whether or not we were their passengers. There was a lack of communication on all fronts. I would not recommend booking with them. You're better off booking with your cruiseline.

Tour bus crash causes Klondike Road Relay delay
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - The Klondike Road Relay, a popular multi-leg race through the rugged landscapes of Alaska and Canada, faced unexpected disruptions following a crash Friday on the Klondike Highway.
The incident, which involved a 25-passenger tour bus, occurred near kilometer 53 and led to the cancellation of the first three legs of the relay.
According to a Facebook post from Skagway Fire Department, Engine 4 and Medic 32 were dispatched to the crash at about 2:56 p.m. The bus, which had left the roadway, was situated about 35 minutes north of town in an area with limited cell service and radio communication. Holland America Princess reported the crash and said they were able to provide aid until Skagway’s Fire Department and Yukon EMS arrived. The bus had been equipped with medical personnel.
All 25 passengers on the tour bus were accounted for, with further treatment provided by Bartlett Regional Hospital’s Emergency Room staff.
In light of the crash, relay organizers decided to cancel Legs 1 through 3 of the race scheduled to run from Skagway to Whitehorse. Legs 4 through 10 proceeded as planned. Teams were asked not to depart from Skagway or Whitehorse more than two hours before their scheduled start to allow for adequate checkpoint preparation.
The Canada Border Services Agency and the U.S. Border Patrol maintained extended hours to help with border crossing needs.

My husband and I did a land/sea Alaska tour through Princess cruise lines. One of our cruise excursions was the Glacier Discovery by Helicopter tour through M&M Tours in Skagway. We were going to do a glacier tour in Juneau but decided on this one instead because it was a 40 minute glacier walk rather than the 20 minute walk on the Juneau tour.
