While the VIP tour package is a popular choice among many visitors, you have the option of paying more or less depending on what you want to see inside England's biggest football stadium.

Wembley stadium tour – opening hours

Wembley visits usually start at 09:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM and take approximately 90 minutes with photo experience, issuance of digital content of the stadium and access to a private host to take you around the venue.

How to get to Wembley Stadium

Wembley Stadium is located in northwestern London, in the Borrow of Brent. Thus, with the right information, getting to the venue using whatever means of transport should be easy and quick. First-timers are advised to book Wembley Express on their website or call their lines.

If you are taking a train from London Waterloo, use the tube as it is the quickest means available. Wembley Park is the closest tube station connecting through the Jubilee or Metropolitan lines.  Those taking the London tube should visit the official Transport for London website for inquiries.

However, to defeat traffic during peak hours, public transport such as taxis is the most recommended and fastest way of getting to the stadium. Alternatively, coaches such as the National Express that plies the Wembley route come with great convenience and the good news is that you can book it online.

Moreover, you can use railway services from Chiltern located in London Marylebone for an even faster trip to Wembley. However, take note of the departure times to avoid missing your train. For those using bus services, lines 83/N83, 18/N18, 92, 206, 182, 297, 483 and 223 take you to Wembley direct and you pay using an Oyster card.

Being that Wembley is a bike-friendly venue, you can also ride to the venue. International arrivals to Wembley should connect from any of their alighting airports using Gatwick Express, Heathrow Express, London City Airport connections, Greenline, and Stansted Express. Others are National Express and Luton Thameslink.

Do I need to pre-book a tour ticket?

Tickets for the tour can be bought on the day of your visit at the stadium however it is cheaper if you pre-book!

Tour - Arrival Times 

If you do pre-book your ticket, the timeslot you select is an arrival time rather than a tour departure time. This is to manage visitor flow into the stadium and to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience.

Booked through a third party?

Please check the voucher or ticket you have received from the third party for booking instructions. If your visit has been booked via Virgin Experience Days or Buy A Gift, your voucher needs to be redeemed prior to your visit.  If unsure, call our booking team on 0800 169 9933 and they will be able to assist.

On the day of your visit, please present your voucher or ticket at the Tour ticket desk.
