Suffering from the high altitude sickness is the most concerned issue of a Kailash tour. Based on our over 20 years' experience in Tibet tourism, there is no need to worry too much about it. High altitude sickness is the very normal reaction when entering the highland, usually, you will feel a little bit headache, sleepness, chest distress. However, since our Kailash Manasavor yatra always starts with at least 4 days in Lhasa, which will help you get acclimatized to the high altitude. It is helpful to drink more hot water and have some fruit. Please remember to not have shower every day and do not take the risk of washing your hair or body with snow or stream. Otherwise, catching cold would be extremely dangerous at high altitude.

1. where is mt.kailash and how to get there.

Mount Kailash, situated in the far west of Ngari, Tibet, is approximately 1500 kilometers from Lhasa and 700 kilometers from Gyirong port at the Sino-Nepal border. If traveling from Kathmandu to Mount Kailash, the journey extends to around 820 kilometers.

You can get to Mount Kailash from Lhasa by land, which takes around 13 to 16 days with sightseeing en route and a night stay at the Everest Base Camp. Alternatively, you can travel to Mount Kailash from Kathmandu via the Gyirong border. It generally takes 10 days by land.

The nearest airport to Mount Kailash is Ngari Gunsa Airport, offering flights from Lhasa, Kashgar, Urumqi, Chengdu, and Xian. Opting for a quicker route, you can fly from Lhasa to Ngari Gunsa Airport (within 3 hours) and then drive the remaining 250 kilometers to Mount Kailash in about 5 hours. Due to limited flight schedules, plan accordingly.

TThe road condition of western Tibet has been greatly improved in recent years. Most of the roads from Lhasa to Mount Kailash are well paved, except for a gravel stretch near Lake Manasarovar.

Mount Kailash proudly stands at an elevation of 6638 meters, while Lake Manasarovar sits gracefully at 4590 meters above sea level.

The average altitude of the Mount Kailash trek is above 4500 meters, during which you will cross the Dromala Pass (5630 meters) - the highest point along the trekking route.

Since you will trek for at least 4 days for such a high altitude, you may face the challenge of altitude sickness, often experiencing symptoms like headaches, sleeplessness, and chest distress.

To help you adjust to the high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau, our Kailash Manasarovar Yatra starts with at least 3 days in Lhasa. As you go west to Shigatse and Everest, your body gets used to the increasing altitude.

To feel better at high altitudes, drink lots of hot water, eat fruits, and cut back on daily showers. Don't risk washing with snow or stream water—it's super risky in the cold at these heights.

5. Best Time to Visit the Mt.Kailash and Lake Manasarovar

The best time for the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra is from April to October each year, featuring an average temperature of 9.5°C. Daytime temperatures typically range from 10-15°C, while nighttime temperatures can drop below freezing, resulting in a substantial temperature difference between day and night.

The Mount Kailash region experiences minimal rainfall, though July and August are the rainy seasons, often accompanied by the appearance of rainbows.

During the remaining months, expect clear blue skies, white clouds, diverse vegetation, and May stands out as the best time to witness the breathtaking beauty of Kelsang flowers.

6. Accommodation of the Kailash Manasarovar Tour/Yatra

The accommodation conditions at Mount Kailash are quite basic - almost basic dorm beds in guesthouses and small inns. Generally, guesthouse rooms along the Kora route can accommodate 3 to 4 people, with shared toilets available on each floor.

It’s worth noting that private bathrooms or bathing facilities are not accessible during the Kailash kora. To ensure basic cleanliness, it's recommended to bring wet wipes along.

7. Drinking Water along the Kailash Manasarovar Tour/Yatra

During the Kailash kora, there are tent tea houses that provide hot drinks such as Tibetan butter tea, sweet tea, and bottled water for both tourists and pilgrims. Additionally, guesthouses along the trail offer boiled water for guests. You can bring your personal bottles to fill with drinking water at these points or carry some bottled water. It's important to note that drinking water directly from taps or rivers is not recommended.

8. Food along the Kailash Manasarovar Tour/Yatra

During the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra, dining options remain quite basic, with tent tea houses and monastery guesthouses offering simple fare such as instant noodles and egg-fried rice. As fresh meat and vegetables are scarce in the local area, and all ingredients are sourced from larger cities like Lhasa and Shigatse, the cost of a meal is relatively higher compared to other cities.

To maintain your energy levels during the journey, it's recommended to bring along some chocolate or energy bars for the hike.

9. Travel Permit of Kailash Manasarovar Tour/Yatra

The first necessary travel document is the Chinese Visa. Once you have your Chinese and a valid passport, you can proceed to apply for the Tibet Travel Permit.

The Tibet Travel Permit is required for entering the Tibet Autonomous Region. Without the Tibet permit, you can not board a flight or train to Tibet.

Since Mount Kailash is situated in the remote western part of the Tibet Autonomous Region, additional travel documents are necessary for your visit, such as the Alien’s Travel Permit and the Military Permit.

Kailash Mansarovar Yatra

Kailash mansarovar yatra registration.

You must possess a valid ordinary Indian passport with a minimum validity of six months as of 01 September of the current year.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, including correct name spellings and date of birth.
Providing incorrect or false information, or concealing any material facts, will lead to disqualification at any stage of the process, including during the Yatra, and any payments made will be forfeited.
You must indicate your preferences for both the routes.
You can also select an end-point to conclude your Yatra on the return leg, choosing either Dharchula or Gangtok for Route-1 (Lipulekh) and Delhi for both routes.
All fields in the application form are compulsory.

Passport is mandatory for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra as Mount Kailash is located in China-occupied Tibet. China also supplies visas and permit for the yatra. Only group visas are issued, so the yatra has to be done through tour operators.

Selection Process for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra

Batch Allocation: Once assigned to a batch, it is generally not changed. Requests for batch changes may be considered under specific circumstances, subject to availability.
Confirmation Amount: Selected applicants must confirm their participation by depositing a non-refundable confirmation amount into the designated bank account of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam (KMVN) or Sikkim Tourism Development Corporation (STDC) before the specified cut-off date.
Payment Deadline: Failure to make the payment by the cut-off date results in the Yatri moving from the selected list to the waitlist. Vacancies created are then filled based on priority.
Reconfirmation: Confirmed Yatris may need to reconfirm their participation before their Delhi arrival. Failure to do so may lead to batch removal.
Reporting: Confirmed Yatris must arrive at Delhi Heart & Lung Institute (DHLI) as per the batch itinerary. Failure to do so may result in batch removal. All Yatris in a batch must travel together.
Waitlist Inclusion: Registered/waitlisted Yatris can report at DHLI to fill vacancies caused by dropouts.
Required Documents: Confirmed Yatris must bring specific documents, including a valid Indian passport, photographs, indemnity bond, emergency evacuation consent, and cremation consent.
Document Compliance: Non-compliance with document requirements may lead to Yatris being barred from the Yatra. Ministry decisions in this regard are final and not subject to appeal.

Once the pilgrims reach Mount Kailash after going through the rigorous trek, they need to walk around the peak of the mountain in either clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. This is known as 'parikrama'. Some people who cannot perform the ritual on foot are provided with the option of either hiring a yak or a pony.

Day 03: Kathmandu - Safrubeshi Besi (145 KMS | 7 hours) Mark this day as the first big step to your Kailash Mansarovar journey . Today, we drive from Kathmandu to Safrubeshi Besi, which is about a 7-hour, drive. The time to reach the place is dependent on the road conditions and traffic. Although the overall drive is smooth, traffic conditions can make the journey time consuming and tiring. Your stay is booked at a guesthouse, where dinner will be served before you retire for the night.

Day 04: Safrubeshi Besi – Rasuwagadhi (2hrs drive) – Kerong (125 KMS | 4-5 hours | 13550 feet) It's not often in your life that will get a chance to cross borders and step in another country on foot. Well, today is one of those rare days that you will! After breakfast, we to drive to Rasuwagadi( 2hrs) to move to the other side of the Nepalese border - the China side - on foot. A short halt till our team sorts the immigration formalities; you will soon find yourself in a Chinese bus that takes you to Kerong. The bus, controlled and guided by Tibetans are sturdy and comfortable. The Nepalese Sherpas accompanying you will make sure food, water, and other equipment for your comfort are loaded on the bus. Ensuring your smooth check-in at the guesthouse, we leave you to relax and spend the rest of your day at leisure. With not much to do, you can take a walk to the nearby market while our help will set the kitchen and serve you light snacks along with tea and coffee. An early dinner (served between 7 - 8 PM), we suggest you rest well for the next day. Important Remark: It may take some time for you to acclimatize to the weather in the city considering you will be at the height of 13550 feet. To combat the feeling of discomfort, we suggest you drink as much water as possible. It is also advised you consume soup, juice, tea, coffee, or hot water at regular intervals to keep yourself hydrated and to keep breathing even.

Day 06: Kyirong - Saga - Dongba (310 KMS | 7 hours | 15091 feet) After having adjusted to the place, we move on in our journey to Dongba. A beautiful drive through mountain terrains, and past the panoramic view of the blue lake, Pieko-Tso. The spellbinding views of the Yarlung Zangpo (the Brahmaputra River) as it flows alongside, and the northern route through the beautiful town of Saga (15879 feet above sea level), will leave you amazed at God's beautiful creations. Soon there is a shift in scenery and in front of you soar the high plains of Tibet - so soft, so gorgeous, and just so photogenic. We then drive to Dongba, which is our halt for the night. You may want to begin getting used to dormitory style rooms at your guesthouses or lodges by this time!

Day 07: Dongba - Lake Manasarovar (370 KMS | 6-7 hours | 15085 feet ) Seek divine blessing as we begin this challenging yet fulfilling journey to one of the highest and holiest lakes in the world - Lake Manasarovar. Start your day with a scrumptious breakfast at 7:30 AM post which we begin our drive to the lake. Our first stop is at Mayumla Pass, 4900 m above sea level where we halt for permit formalities and lunch. Crossing the Mayumla Pass and Prayang County, you will catch the first glimpse of Mount Kailash close to reaching the shores of the lake. While the colossal mountain may seem intimidating, you feel a surge to conquer it - no matter what! Before heading to the lake, we visit our guesthouse at Chiu Gompa to check-in (We may have to change our vehicle at this point depending on the authorization from the local authorities. We may have to use the local buses operated in the region). Congratulate yourself for achieving the feat of having reached Lake Mansarovar. Only those truly driven are able to complete this part of the trek, which also marks completing 70% of the Sarovar Parikrama. The rest will be completed when you trek to Mount Kailash. Spend some quality time at the lake as you revel in its beauty. Breathe the fresh air, soak in the beauty of the place and meditate before we return to the guesthouse. Overnight stay in your dormitory rooms at the lodge/guesthouse.

Day 10: Derapukh - Dolma-La Pass - Zuthulpukh (22 KMS trek | 10 hours | 18471 feet) Gear up for the toughest day of the trek. Waking up as early as the crack of dawn, you witness the falling rays of the sun on the Mount Kailash turning it into 'Golden Kailash.' The effort of waking up so early seems worth every minute once you witness this gleaming beauty. A quick light breakfast, packing yourself some lunch and a hot water bottle, we begin our trek to Zuthulphuk. The hike begins with a steep climb up to the Dolma-La High Pass (5539 m). This may take up to 4 hours. The next few kilometres till Gauri Kund is a steep descent. You soon touch a flat surface where you will have to walk for about 2.5 hours. The entire process is about 9-10 hours and can prove to be pretty strenuous for an individual. Try and maintain a consistent pace during the trek so that the maximum route is covered before the winds start setting in. At the top of Domla-La, we visit a place called Shivasthal. Covered with prayer flags and other Tibetan ornaments, the religious faith suggests that people who leave their clothes or other personal items here will find it in heaven after their death. This is one place where you truly feel the divine connect, and it is no wonder that people who return from here are usually not the same any more. A visit to Mount Kailash changes everything around them - inside and out. The downhill trail from here begins after you have enjoyed your packed lunch. It is going to be a tough descent because of all the rocky paths and loose stones that cover your path. This chunk of your trek needs extensive care and concentration. For people traveling on yaks and horses, it is advised you get down from it for a few kilometers and cover this path on foot. As soon as we reach Zuthulphuk, we will have our guesthouse or fixed tent with beds, bedsheet, and warm blankets. Stay in your dormitory till your meal is prepared and after a quick dinner, get back to the warmth of your bed. Note: Hot drinkable water will be made available in the morning for the day. Please fill your bottle. Note: About 3-4kms trek (ascend and descend) near Dolma La pass is steep and rocky.

Day 11: Darchen (8 KMS Trek) and drive to Dongba (3-4 hours trek| 8 KMS | 340 KMS | 6 hours drive) The last day of the trek is relatively shorter and quicker. 3-4 hours of trekking and we reach the base camp to move to the town of Darchen. Ambling downhill, you will soon see an accessible road from Darchen, which will take you to the guesthouse to join the other members of the group. Sharing travel stories and eating lunch with them, we continue our drive to Dongba. This marks the end of the parikrama. If folklore is to be believed, you have successfully washed away all your sins of this birth and are on your road to attaining nirvana. Finally, relax at the guesthouse today and overnight stay at Darchen.

Day 12: Dongba - Keyrong (310 KMS | 7-8 hours drive) Wake up to a beautiful morning with the feeling of accomplishment of having completed the Lake Mansarovar Parikrama. We make our way to the town of Saga, and once again cross the bridge over the shimmering Brahmaputra River. Covering the beautiful vast plains of Tibet, stunning Himalayan views keep you company all through the trip, and enhancing the beauty of the landscape are the Shishapangma and the Pieko- Tso Lake. Well pitched roads and mountainous terrain, this driving adventure ends when we reach Kyirong and stay there overnight. Day 13: Kyirong – Rasuwagadhi – Kathmandu (270 KMS | 8-10 hours) Say goodbye to Tibet today as we drive towards the border after breakfast. Taking the required permission from Nepalese Immigration Control in Rasuwagadi, we sit in a vehicle to drive to the Nepal side. Sit back comfortably for the next 8-10 hours till you reach Kathmandu. This is the best time to recollect every moment spent on the trek, every hurdle crossed, and every new experience you’ve gained during your time here. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu. Day 14: Departure Today, pack to take a flight back home from Tribhuvan International Airport. Hello, I took the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from Kathmandu a few months back with my friends. I had wanted to go on this trek for the longest time. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to Force Majeure Events and we reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events. We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveler himself. There shall be no refund to the traveler under Force Majeure Events.

Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Nation, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of like or different character beyond the control of Adventure Nation.

After you make full or partial payment, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by the traveler himself.

The spiritual journey to Abode of Lord Shiva – Kailash Mansarovar yatra in lowest cost. Mount Kailash or Kailash Parvat is supposed to be the destination of the spiritual hub of the world. Similar to Mt. Kailash, Lake Manasarovar is final location ofthe purity set of pilgrimage that draws people from different religion. Mt. Kailash with its ideal peak and Lake Manasarovar is a lake of exquisiteness located in Tibetan mountain area. The word 'manas' means mind, 'sarovar' refers to holy lake, and we call the lake as Lake of Consciousness. The holy lake looks extremely fascinating particularly during the full moon day and it occupies areas of 88-km circumference Also, the place is a holy centre of different religions in Nepal including Hinduism, Buddhism, Tibetan, the pre- Buddhist animistic religion and the Jain religion. Taking a bath in the lake Manasarovar is thought to purify all sins done in life. Kailash Peak lying at an elevation of 22,022 ft and Lake Manasarovar located at 14,954 ft are the symbol of pristine attractiveness and peacefulness which is truly breathtaking and gives you the feeling of being one with Shiva. And the best Time to visit Mount Kailash is from May to September.

Kailash Tour Visa and Permit Update 2025

People Republic of China has updated their visa and travel permits to Tibet and Mount Kailash for 2025. While travelling to Tibet Autonomous Zone a travelers or pilgrimage yatries required a special travel permit from the foreign affairs of China. The permits is issuing by under controlled by the local travel agents of China/Tibet. After submitting the passport copy with travel plan the entire group get an entry permits and sponsor granted paper. After that, every foreigners expect (India) required to submit the 11 pages visa application form to China Visa Center with their Original Travel Document (passport). After that, within 3 to 4 working days Chinese embassy dispatch the group travel permit and visa for Tibet and Mt. Kailash. So every traveller required to arrive at least 1 or 2 working days before the plan of original in Kathmandu and he/she should bearer the extra day’s expenses by themselves.

Kailash Tour Full Moon Departure Dates for 2025

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Meet and greet at airport and transfer to hotel collect your passport for Chinese Visa process. Evening Pashupainath Aarati (if time is applicable) Evening dinner overnight stay at Katmandu. Day 2:Kathmandu Temple Tour Doleshwornath Temple (Head of Kedharnath Temple) Saga Shiva Statue. Jal Narayan(sleeping Vishnu) temple tour Back to hotel and rest of the day is free for packing Evening program briefing by company and leades Overnight at Hotel Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3: Full Day in Pashupatinath Temple and Tour. (Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha) Morning Pashupatinath Darshan and Puja, Hawan and Rudraabhishek by Brahman Back to hotel and rest of the day is free for packing Evening free time to prepare for Kailash Yatra. Overnight at Hotel Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Day 4: Drive Kerung and transfer to Hotel. (About 145km) 6 to 7 Hours) This will be the first day of Yatra. We travel from Kathmandu to Ghattekhola - Kerung Border (Nepal) that is (1400 meters - 145 kilometers) Lunch on the way Trishuli River bank Stay at mountain guest house (private bathroon with hot shower and free wifi) Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Day 5: Cross Tibetan Chinese Kerung Boeder after checking immigration drive to Jilong/Kerung City. (about 40kms) Full day acclimatization Drive to Friendship bridge Kerung Border Finish all immigration process Meet chinese guide and mountain drive to Jilong City. It is a new Tibetan Chinese city developed for China railway service in the future. Visit City and village around. Stay at guest house. Day 6: Jilong/Kerung to Saga (4500mts. - 240kms) After breakfast drive from Jilong/Kerung to Saga for about 06:00 hours. This day, you can see Mt. Shisha Pangma only one mountian in Tibet the 8000 meter mountain and lake pikucho. Before reaching the Saga city you will cross the holy Brahmapurtra river. Before crossing we stop to have holy wash before heading to Mansarovar. Overnight stay at Saga Hotel. (best available) Melas: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner prepare by our crew

Day 7: Saga - (4300mts. - 235kms) Parayang. After breakfast yatra from Saga to Mansarovar Lake about 04 to 5 hours. This day you will entre Kailash region in Tibet. Cross high passes by drive and old Dongba. Drive along the Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay at Guest house/Hotel.. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner prepare by our staff Day 8: Parayang - (4500mts. - 265kms) Mansarovar Lake. After breakfast yatra from Saga to Mansarovar Lake about 05 to 06 hours. This day you will entre Kailash region in Tibet. You will have darshan of Mansarovar and Kailash just before entering to Mansarovar Lake parikrama. Stop for darshan and see the view then keep continue to Tsu Gompa via left of mansarovar lake. The road a bit hard but now a days you will drive with comfortable bus. Touch the Mansarovar Lake holy water Overnight stay in tent or guesthouse. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner prepare by our staff Day 9: Yatra from Mansarovar to Darchen (4600mts. - 35kms.) Morning Holy deep and bath, Puja and Hawan near to lake. We will choose the special point to take deep in Manasarovar Lake and do Pooja of Lord Shiva. Full day free for spiritual activities. After lunch and drive to Darchen. Drive around 2.30 hrs to Darchen and overnight stay there. Get prepare for next day yatra. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner prepare by our crew Day 10: Darchen to Diraphuk Kailash Parikrama (4890mts. - 12kms.) This is the first day of Kailash Parikrama. We should start our journey after breakfast as early as possible. We take a short drive to Darboche via Yamadwar This day we have to walk continuously for about 4 to 4 hours. Those who want to ride horse take a horse ride from here by paying extra. Yak will carry all our goods and equipment. Stay at very basic mud houe in dormetory room. Best view of Mt. Kailash North Face. Overnight stay at Diraphuk in or guest house. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 11: Diraphuk to Kailash Charan Sparsh - Touch Kailash Yatra (5500mts) Touch kailash yatra known as Charan Sparsh day. Walkup along the Gange river bank to the feet of mt. Kailash Parvat Amazing view of Mt. Kailash from North Face Get bless from the feet of Mt. Kailash Day 12: Diraphuk to Zhulthulphuk kailash parikrama (4790mts. - 22kms.) Longest kailash yatra day of the tour Holy walk to Dolma-La Pass, which is 5630m. above sea level. The weather in unpredictable in Doma-la Pass and at any time snowstorm can fall. Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival (1400m) – Overnight in Kathmandu

Your Arrival Time – Airport pickup and transfer to your Hotel.Evening – A short briefing about Kailash Manasarovar Yatra.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Fly to Nepalgunj (150m) – Overnight in Nepalgunj

After Breakfast – Half day sightseeing of Pashupatinath and Shakti Peeth. Afternoon – Flight Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (1hr) & Transfer to Hotel in Nepalgunj and stay overnight at Surkhet depending upon situation.

Day 3:Fly Nepalgunj – Simikot (2900m) – Overnight in Simikot

Enjoy your breakfast early in the morning, then proceed for a Tanah Lot Temple Tour. This temple is built on a temple and is famous for having a spectacular panoramic view of the sunset.

Day 4: Heli to Hilsa (3700m) & Drive to Taklakot (3900m) – Overnight in Taklakot

Morning – Take Helicopter to Hilsa (20 min – 12kg weight limit) & wait for other members to arrive at Hilsa (since it is a group visa and everyone have to enter Tibet side in one group) Afternoon – From Hilsa drive to Purang border to Taklakot (27 km) and stay at Hotel. We will stay overnight at Taklakot. (On the way we have to pass upto 3 Checkpoints where checking might take upto 1 hr in each post)

Day 5:At Taklakot (3900m) – Rest Day – Overnight in Taklakot

All Day – Entire day free for Acclimatization

Day 6:Drive to Manasarovar Lake (4550m) – Overnight in Mansarovar

After Breakfast – Drive towards Manasarovar Lake (95 km). On the way you will have to pass the first checkpoint. Then after driving for 70 kms from Taklakot we will reach Rakshas Tal. On the right of Rakshas Tal you will see Gurla Mandhata Parvat & first view of Mount Kailash and Manasarovar lake. Drive from Rakshas Tal to Manasarovar Lake (25 km). Start Parikrama of Manasarovar Lake (90 km – 3hr by Private A/C Coach). Perform Puja.

Day 7:1st Day of Parikrama – Drive to Darchen (4650m) & Yama Dwar & Trek to Dirapuk (4880m) – Overnight in Dirapuk

After Breakfast – Drive to Darchen (35 km – 1 hr) and Yama Dwar (8 km) – the starting point for Kora. We will trek to Dirapuk for 14 km. You will visit the North face of Mt. Kailash and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash (Charan Sparsha). Travelers who do not want to trek around (Parikrama) Mt. Kailash can go back to Darchen wait for rest of the group to arrive from Parikrama. Meal: Breakfast at Manasarovar, Lunch & Dinner on the way during Parikrama

Day 8:2nd Day of Parikrama – On to Zuthulpuk (4670m) via Trek to Dolma La Pass (5700m) – Overnight in Zuthulpuk

After Breakfast – Trek from Dirapuk to Dolma La Pass (8 km). About 3 kms before reaching Dolma La Pass is steep hill and quite difficult to walk. Also descending from Dolma La Pass is the same for upto 3 km. While descending you can see Gaurikund on the right. After walking for about 2 – 3 hrs we will reach Phedi. After some rest we will start trek to Zuthulpuk (12 km trek for 6 hours).

Day 9:3rd Day of Parikrama – Trek to Darchen – Drive to Hilsa via Taklakot – Overnight in Hilsa / Simikot

After Breakfast – After short easy Trek (8 km – 3 hrs), we will reach our Private A/C Coach pick up point. Then drive to Darchen (3 kms) and merge with other members who were waiting. From there drive to Hilsa (also we will take helicopter to Simikot based on situation)

Day 10:Fly Hilsa – Simikot – Nepalgunj & Fly back to Kathmandu – Overnight in Kathmandu

Fly to Hilsa to Simikot (20 mins) by Helicopter – Fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj (around 1 hr)/ Surkhet and fly back to Kathmandu (or proceed to Lucknow by Road)

Day 11:Transfer to Kathmandu Airport
